The New Burrow Lottery (Various TFs/TGs)

"Welcome to The Lottery." the otter spoke in front of the various humans and anthros alike, eight in total. "Since you had failed to secure a job or education in the allotted time slot upon reaching the age of 25, you will all be dusted and live with what you end up as. Some of you may get younger and have a second chance, some older and age to the point of retirement. The rest of you will live your new lives and become the productive members of society you have failed to become." 

The town of New Burrow was often one of controversy. It was a place no one wanted to end up at, human or animal alike. For outsiders anyways, if you were already on the inside you wouldn't know what's going on. Even towns such as Great Plains or Rupertville looked down on it. The best word to describe it on the outside was distopian. However, since everyone, if not employed or in school by the age of 25 would be dusted with a reality warping mind wipe, and thus it would be as if they never existed in the first place. Until the time had come no one knew the truth until it was too late. 

Families, schools, and even businesses would talk about The Lottery. Saying things like "No matter what happens, there's always the Lottery!" and was often subject of nursery rhymes. Since parents were generally dusted more often than not, they themselves didn't know how evil the lottery was, and with the reality shifting properties of certain dusts the Lottery was something that was often praised. There was one instant of a man escaping from New Burrow, and that's how the outside learned about it. Since then security has been revamped entirely, and no one who entered the town would ever leave again. After an entire unit meant to take down it's leaders went missing the outside world decided it best to let New Burrow be, less it tries to expand. 

The dusting would happen all at once, to prevent any more panic than there needed to be when chosen for the lottery. When one was, it was often as if they were going to a different city to college, and all cases it was the last you heard from the winner. It was a terrifying way of living, everyone knew it...except for the only people it effected. How New Burrow came to be and how it became so screwed up is lost in history, perhaps even re-written with dust. 

Today's lottery had eight people in it. There was Jackson (human), Vanessa (Vixen), Tyler (Squirrel), Bill (human), Kevin (human), Tanya (human), Rob (hawk), and Lars (human). All of them were a bit on the lazy side, and didn't know what the lottery was, just that would do all the work for them. While true, no where near what they imagined. After hearing the otter man's explanation none of them wanted to be them. They all begged to be let free, mentioning their families, friends, sometimes lovers in a vein attempt to be let go. The otter simply told them no one would Redeemer them, not even the people in the very room. This only lead to more panic. 

"I can't believe this is the job I have to do." the otter sighed. He was not sadistic, and didn't enjoy the work he had to do, but he was too afraid to dust himself. For the first, or even potentially last time. "Drop the buckets." and with that, the dust fell on the octet as they all began their transformations, they're new personalities emerging as they old bodies left. 

Jackson's body became engulfed with white fur up and down his body, not a trace of skin anywhere to be found. His face pushed outward into a cute little muzzle, complete with a pink nose at the tip. His ears became floppy and fur-covered with pink insides as they found their way onto the top of her head. His eyelashes elongated while eyebrows thinned out, completing the feminine look to his head. Jackson's shoulders caved inward while his arms became quite slender, his hands becoming small and dainty. His waist narrowed and back pushed in all while Jackson's hips expanded outward, granting him a very generous hourglass figure. Jackson felt a rather large and bushy brown tail form out form behind him, even dragging on the floor if he didn't lift it up himself. The figure changes were far from over, as two lumps of fur covered flesh formed on Jackson's chest, swelling outward to breasts on the larger side. The changes to Jackson's gender weren't done, as a burning sensation formed at his, well, her crotch as womanhood found its way replacing Jackson's former maleness. Her legs became much more shapely as two digits of toes merged together on each foot, making them paws. They became much smaller and went onto her toes as her legs contorted into a digitigrade posture, leaving the former male a female mink. 

Vanessa's red fur gave way to blue feathers over most of her backside while white feathers adorned her front. Her hair shortened until there was none left, gone with the feathers. Her muzzle hardened into a black beak, nose gone in the process. Vanessa's shoulders became more pronounced, while her arms grew thick feathers to form wings on them, her hands on the underside of them. Her bushy tail now gone, in vein of a thin layer of tailfeathers. Her hourglass figure was soon gone, including her breasts which had "melted away" completely, leaving Vanessa completely flat at her chest. Not only that, something very foreign to Vanessa formed between her legs, make Vanessa very much a man. Vanessa's feet turned black as they became clawed talons, legs up to her knees noticeably thinner than the rest. Not only that, she seemed to lose height despite avians being noticeable taller. Her deeper voice was still somewhat high pitched, because Vanessa had regressed to a teen male blue jay! 

Tyler's body became covered with green scales and yellow ones going down the front. It was obvious it look rather "loose" and even dangled a bit. His toenails and fingernails both became dulled yellow claws as his toes found themselves separating a great amount to form reptilian feet. His legs took on a digitigrade posture as Tyler's hips pushed out to childbearing form, though his body made it hard to notice. Like Jackson, Tyler's manhood left him while a long and thin tail that dragged on the ground form from behind his somewhat noticeable, but no where near the scale of the new Jackson. Tyler's figure took on a slight hourglass shape, but wasn't too noticeable as a pair of low hanging breasts had found themselves onto Tyler's chest. Her shoulders slumped down as her arms became thinner and hands dainty. Her face pushed outward into a muzzle with slitted nostrils. Her hair vanished into her scales leaving the former male an elderly iguana woman! 

Bill's body grew brown fur all over as his nose became black and protruded with a small muzzle. His teeth became sharper while his ears became circular and found their way to the top of his head. Bill's body itself became much larger, while his feet and even hands became more circular in nature. His nails were replaced with black claws while a small fluffball of tail found itself behind him. Bill had become a simple anthro bear, and was even able to keep his gender! 

Kevin felt a tugging sensation behind him as a grey and black ringtail formed out from behind. His body soon grew fur all over, grey over most of it with white going down his front and black around his eyes. Kevin's ears became pointed as they found their way higher on his head. His hair grew longer while his face pushed out into a small muzzle with black nose. Kevin's shoulders slumped down while his arms slendered. Kevin felt two small lumps form on his chest, not too big with plenty of room to grow as his body regressed towards the middle stages of puberty. Kevin's figure gained hints of an hourglass figure, though not fully defined as some of the other new girls. His manhood left him shortly as Kevin's change into a teenage raccoon girl finished. 

Tanya's body took on a distinguished pink color. Her nose became circular while her nostrils became much larger on it. Her ears became floppy while her hair all but vanished into her pink scalp. Tanya's body became larger while a small spiral tail found its way growing behind her. Her rear and hips became larger and more defined while her feet hardened and turned into a pair of hooves. Tanya's body had some age to it, breasts hanging lower while some of her hourglass figure wasn't as predominant as before. This left Tanya as a middle aged pig. 

Rob's changes were arguably the most drastic of the bunch. His feathers made way for simple orange and white fur all over. Two triangular ears found themselves at the top of his head while his beak soften into a cute little muzzle with whiskers adorning the sides of it. Rob's body found itself shrinking vastly, while his tail feathers become one thin, long feline tail. His manhood left him as his insides to that of a girl. Rob's body continued shrinking until it finally stopped, Rob now a cat toddler. 

Last of the bunch was was Lars. His body grew black fur all over, with a white strand going down his back. Not only that, Lars' hair grew longer, about to his shoulders as it turned a pale white color matching his new stripe. Lars' face pushed out into a small muzzle with a pink nose while his shoulders lost their broadness. His arms became far more slender while his hands became small and dainty. His manhood shrank away while very small breasts formed on his chest, one's that would require no more than a training bra. Behind her, Lars grew a rather large bushy tail and the ability to spray formed inside her. Lars' body shrank as she found a new body of an adolescent skunk girl. 

As the group of people finished off their physical changes, the next and last would be reality shifting to fit their new bodies. 

Jackson's clothings altered a fair amount. From underneath her shirt, a bra formed around her chest, holding up Jackson's new ample breasts. Her shirt itself became a mere purple V-Neck shirt with short sleeves that went just past her shoulders. Her pants tightened and became more form fitting, complete with a hole for her tail. Jackson's vision became blurred, though it clear again once glasses formed over them. Jackson's new name entered her ever-changing mind, Emily and she was currently in her fourth year of university studying to become a lawyer. She was on track to attend law school coming up. In her last year, she was competing to be the top in class, only behind two girls named Jessica and Lori. 

Vanessa's found himself losing some underwear, as his bra dissipated into nothingness. His shirt became long sleeved as the sleeves themselves became yellow, the rest of it a greyish white. His pants became but a mere pair of sweatpants, the side adorned with her High School's logo. A baseball cap with the same logo formed on his head to. Vanessa's new name was to be Tom, a junior in High School on the JV baseball team. 

Tyler's vision became very blurred, it wasn't until old glasses with a chain on them formed over her eyes. Her clothing altered into a floral pattern blouse with simple pants with a small tailhole. Her tail dragged on the ground, not as strong as she used to be to hold it up. She was a retired therapist who helped people cope with anxiety and other mental disorders. Tyler's new identity as Darlene had surfaced, leaving "Tyler" gone. 

Bill's clothing took a decently noticeable change. His jacket became a black suit coat while his shirt became a white collared shirt. His pants became a pair of black dress pants. Bill's shoes became black, laceless dress shoes while a rather expensive watch formed around his waist. Bill was luck enough to keep his original name and his new occupation had him as an executive at a lead marketing firm. 

Kevin's pants became short shorts that fit her new form rather tightly. A sports bra found itself forming underneath her shirt. Kevin's top became a simple yellow tank top with the school's logo on it. Lisa, as her name was now attended the same school as Tom (formerly Vanessa) and was even dating him! Lisa was also an athletic type, as she was captain of the JV Volleyball team! 

Tanya's clothes all merged together, her outwear at least as it became a full body blouse. Her name had became Barbra and was the mother of two, married to a devlishly handsome cat man named Tony. One baby, a male you was currently 4 named Josh came out a pig like her, while her daughter was one of the transformed, Rob the former hawk turned cat named Alysia, who was now adorned in nothing but a diaper with a near blank mind waiting to be filled with information from life. The two now family. 

Lastly, Lars' outfit had become that of a school uniform, pants legs merging into a skirt and her shirt forming into a frilly blue blouse with blue vest. A simple training bra forming underneath that. Lars' new name becoming Jasmine, and was her school librarian's favorite assistant. She loved reading and aspired to be a writer or a librarian herself. 

With the "winners" of the New Burrow Lottery all changed, a brief ripple in reality finishing it off so no one would bat an eye at the new citizens of New Burrow. They were all escorted out of the building, Lisa and Tom left holding hands and Alysia was held in Tanya's loving arms along with the others as they all returned to their (new) homes. As the group exited the new group entered, ready to partake in the lottery.
