Pokerus Outbreak -Group Pokemon TF/TG (Request)

Now was a time of terror. There was an infection spreading, luckily it only effected Pokemon. Unluckily, it only effects Pokemon. You see, when a human is objected to it, they become a Pokemon, are sick for a week, and are healthy again, but forever stuck as a Pokemon. This disease was very common in many Pokemon, known as Pokerus, and it has just become airborne. Many took shelter, with them keeping Pokemon in their pokeballs until they were healthy again. However, many people don't release that when kept in Pokeballs, Pokemon don't get better, and have to stay outside of their ball resting. It started with a few normal cases, which were not a problem. However, nurses began to vanish and Pokemon seemed to just appear in Pokemon Centers with no trainers. However, after a nurse and a Pokerus Pokemon were put in a quarantine and examined from a safe distance. This is when it was discover the infection transform a human into a Pokemon if they became infected. After running tests on a transformed nurse, it was revealed the only way a human could survive the infection was become a Pokemon, and the virus causes DNA to change and transform the infected, since it alters DNA, it causes the change to be permanent, causing the infected to forever be a Pokemon. Some transformed Pokemon(once the Pokerus was gone after a week) were taken back to their families or friends. Some were kept as pets, others became their Pokemon for battle, joining their Pokemon team. Nowdays, people were not so lucky. With the disease becoming airborne, people would transform into Pokemon without even knowing they had it coming. People who transformed away from anyone had no way of showing they were once a human, were forced to live in the wild. They simply became like any other wild Pokemon, forced to fight or fight for a trainer. Transformed Pokemon were able to be identified in rare cases where their DNA hasn't completely changed yet, still traces of their former self. However, DNA only took 1 week to become 100% Pokemon. With this the case, many were to afraid of turning themselves to find out. With no cure or vaccine close to being made, many took to small communities in buildings, to avoid any infected Pokemon. 

"You know you don't have a choice." a voice said. "C'mon Jeff, you know their not dangerous in their Pokeballs." a girl responded. "Irene, I know you love your Pokemon, but we just can't take the risk." Jeff said. "Jeff please, for all we know, I don't know, Kyle could be infected, he's been sick the last couple days..." Irene argued. "Hey! Don't bring me into this, I have allergies! Plus Kerry had to go and see his Eevee, he is at the most risk!" Kyle argued pointing to Kerry. "Leave the guy alone, the eevee isn't sick and their closing to family." a new female voice said. "Your right Leslie, we just all need to calm down," Jeff said making hand gestures, "Now then Irene, give me that Pokeball." Jeff said putting his hand out. "No! I'm not letting you destroy it!" Irene said. "I'm not going to hurt it, we just have to put it away with the others until we have a cure! We've all done it!" Jeff said angrily. "For God's sake..." Kerry said angrily as he grabbed the Pokeball. However, Irene tried to keep it away from the others and accidentally hit the button to open it. All 5 of the group looked at the sick Jigglypuff that had just came out of it's ball. "I guess we're all infected now..." Kyle trailed off. "No point in keeping them away and sick now..." Leslie said, releasing all the Pokemon from their balls. The quartet all went into a room closed off from the rest. "Like, are we all changing at once, at different times, or?" Kerry asked. "Maybe an immune system thing." Jeff said. "Either way, we were a team together, we're go down together." Irene said. The gang waited in silence for the changes to begin. Jeff let out a yell as he was the first to transform. 

Jeff neck extended out greatly becoming much longer. His face pushed out into a small muzzle, his nose leaving his body. Jeff's mouth moved below the muzzle as his ears moved to the top of his head, become longer and triangular. His neck and head became covered with glass-like white feathers. His body became smaller as his arms became white and red, his fingers becoming small claws. His legs became small and fin-like as two jet-like wings came from his back. A blue triangle mark formed on his now red lower body and Jeff began to levitate. Jeff shrunk down to 4 feet in height Another addition, or rather subtraction, was Jeff's gender wasn't exactly male. Jeff had turned into a Latias, which was only female. The other 4 looks at the newly transformed Jeff, now Latias. "Wow, uh, Latias, wait, I'M A GIRL!" Jeff thought to herself, the others able to hear her through telepathy. "Jeff it's okay, were still with you!" Leslie said trying to comfort. "Thanks Leslie, if only I could say..." Jeff wondered off. "We can hear you Jeff! Latias has telepathy, allowing us to communicate!" Kerry said. "Oh, uh, that's go-" Jeff was cut off by a yelling Leslie. 

Leslie's head went back into her torso. Her skin turned a blueish gray like metal. Her arms and hands moved to each corner of her head. Leslie's arms and legs took on identical forms, all becoming legs as they became robotic with ball and socket joints. All legs morphed as they became larger, ending with a flat foot, three spikes coming out of each foot. Leslie's "body" began to change to take on disc shape. A large grey steel "X" formed on it. Then two red eyes formed on the bottom of the upper part of the X. Leslie's new steel body was incredibly strong and heavy, weighing over 1,000 pounds. Not only was Leslie a steel robot, but a male one. "META." was the only thing the new Metagross could say. "Leslie can't talk to us, only Jeff can understand now." Kyle commented. "She, or rather, he is saying that even though she is, well a Metagross clearly, she is still with us 100%." Jeff informed the others. "Why do all these chang-AH!" Kerry cut off yelling as he was next in line. 

Kerry's ears became much larger as they moved to the top of his head. Long, puffy red fur grew out of his new ears. Kerry's nose pushed out into a muzzle, his nose becoming a pointed pink one. His lips lost color as his eyes became red. Light yellow fur grew over his ears and upper head. His teeth became sharper becoming pointed. Long white fur formed on his cheeks and the rest of his head. A white mane formed covering his arms and chest. Kerry's arms thinned out as they became white. Light yellow fur identical to his ears grew over his body, almost looking like a kind of dress with it sweeping out on both sides. A long busy tail with an orange tip grew out from his back. His legs became thin and black as his feet turned into paws. One thing Kerry noticed was a new gender. A long stick fell in front of Kerry. Without even thinking, she picked it up and but it in her tail. "Brax!" Kerry tried to talk to the still humans. "Kerry is well, she is having trouble with her memory of being human, she's forgetting who she was." Jeff informed Kyle and Irene. "Stay with us Kerry, we can-GAH!" Irene cut off. 

Irene's face pushed out into a muzzle. Her eyes turned red and her mouth became smaller, teeth becoming sharper. Her ears moved to the top of her head as they grew. Four long appendaged formed on Irene that resembled some kind of hair. Blue and black fur grew over all of her face. Cream fur filled out her entire torso. Her arms became thin and blue fur grew over them, before black fur melted over her hands. Her fingers went back into her hand, leaving paws behind. A sharp pain came at her hands as two white spikes grew from them. An incredible pain came from her chest as another spike grew out from it. A blue tail pushed out from her backside as blue fur formed on her legs that resembled a pair of blue shorts. Lastly, her legs became covered in black fur as her feet turned to paws. She stood up on her toes as it felt better to her. Irene's sense increased as she was now master of aura. Irene was quiet, as not only did she see the world differently, she was also a man. "Irene's new aura and manhood are confusing him, he'll get used to it after a while, being a Lucario takes time to get used to." Jeff explained to the last human Kyle. "META, META META(How do you know all of this, Irene hasn't said anything?" asked Leslie. "I-I don't know, I just kinda, d-" Jeff was stopped by an terrible scream from Kyle. 

Kyle's jaw became much larger as his teeth retracted, the lower jaw becoming cream color. His face pushed out and his nose left him, leaving only two nostrils. Kyle's eye's became more narrow and black as a piercing pain formed on Kyle's forehead as a horn a light blue horn formed. His ears became much larger as they became round and rigid. The rest of his head became the same light blue color as his horn as toxic spikes formed across Kyle's back. Kyle's arms became muscular and larger as his fingers turned into three small claws on each hand. Two cream chestplates formed on Kyle's chest, resembling breasts. Kyle's lower body became cream colored and the rest of his body became light blue. His legs became much smaller but stronger. His whole body was much bigger in size. A long blue spiked tail came out from Kyle's back and dragged on the ground. Kyle's feet became circular as two claws formed on each foot replaced toes. "Nidoqu-Nidoqueen! Nidoqueen?" Kyle said in confusing, before realizing that Kyle's gender was gone.

"I guess were all Pokemon now..." Leslie said. "Yeah, but were still together." Kerry said. "Got your head together Ker?" Kyle asked. "Yeah, just a side effect I guess." he replied. "But why did all our genders switch?" asked Jeff. "Bad luck? Pokerus doesn't care about our old gender I guess..." Kyle said. "I always wanted kids, didn't think I would be laying some kind of egg to do it." Kyle added on. "At least you have Ditto!" Leslie joked. "Shut up! Now you really are emotionless." Kyle rebutled. "C'mon now, I'm not all robot." Leslie responded. "This is great were all still here, but what about when some trainer comes or something? I kind of don't want to be separated." Jeff asked. "Have you heard of those Pokemon Rescue Teams?" Leslie asked, no one knowing what it was. "Well, a team of Pokemon go out and help others, usually under some kind of guild, there's actually not one far from here, and with our uh, new forms, we could help others who transformed find their family and friends again, with Jeff being able to talk to humans." Leslie went on about our the whole thing works. "Let's go out then!" Kyle said. The group all left the room and house to find a guild to join.
