Stew was a typical guy. Video games, music, most generic things people enjoy doing. Bored on his computer one day he checked his email. He noticed one that stuck out, with the subject "Change things up!" With his curiosity spiked, he clicked to find a questionnaire on it. Bored enough, he decided to answer the questions for fun and send it over. He looked over it noticing it to be a rather strange one involving being a girl. He still went through with it and printed it out to answer it.

Question 1: If you were a girl... would your handwriting be nice?

"Yes, I'd only write cursive" Stew wrote, not noticing his fingers becoming elegant and dainty with his arms becoming slender and losing muscle.

Question 2: If you were a girl... would you like pink?

"Yes, but it's not my favorite color." he wrote, as his legs lost muscle and took on feminine proportions, as he wrote exclusive in cursive and neater.

Question 3: If you were a girl... what kind of hair would you have?

"I'd have fur all over my body. My hair would match the fur color, and be long and smooth, reaching my back. My fur color is light blue." Stew wrote, always intrigued with anthro animals. His body itched as a light blue fur grew over all of his body. His fur grew over all of him, as Stew's hair grew longer and longer, reaching his back. Stew was too concentrated to notice.

Question 4: If you were a girl... what would be your favorite color?

"Blue, the same as my fur color." he wrote, as his hips gained more mass, leaving him with a curvy figure.

Question 5: If you were a girl... what color would your eyes be?

"They would be brown." he wrote as his rear grew bigger, leaving it feminine. His adam's apple shrank, leaving him with a girly voice.

Question 6: If you were a girl... what size would your breasts be?

"They would be D-cups." he put, he wanted to be fairly big. As he wrote it, two mounds of flesh began to push forward out of his chest. They kept growing, stopping at D size breasts, which were hardly contained in his shirt.

Question 7: If you were a girl... would you use pads or tampons?

"I'd wear pads. They seem more comfortable." Stew wrote. His crotch area stung as his manhood retreated into him. His insides changed to fit a female's body. He now sported fully functionally female anatomy, making Stew a Steph.

Question 8: If you were a girl... would you like makeup?

"I'd wear purple eyeshadow, not much else." she wrote. Her eyelids burned as purple eyeshadow was applied.

Question 9: If you were a girl... what animal would you be?

"Well, since I'd be a girl, I'd be a vixen. I love foxes!" Steph put down with a heart. Her back hurt as a blue and white tail burst from her back, becoming long and thick. Her hands grew black fur over her once blue fur. Her feet turned into paws as black fur also grew over them. Steph's head hurt as her ears went to the top of her head. Lastly, her face pushed out to form a muzzle. Her teeth turned into fangs, and now sported a longer tongue. Her nose shrunk and moved the the tip of her muzzle.

Steph's sense of smell greatly increased. "My sense of sm-" she stopped, hearing her girly voice. She noticed she now had a muzzle. She put her hands on it to see feminine foxy hands on them. Looking down, she noticed that she was now supporting a pair of breasts. She felt down scarred, only to a flat surface there. The questionnaire was changing him. A voice told her to finish it, and she was oddly compelled too.  

Question 10: If you were a girl... what would be your intelligence? One being stupid and ten being high enough to drive the class nerd up the wall.

"1-" she wrote down, but her pencil slipped out of her hand, as she was trying to write ten. As she picked it up, her mind hurt as it was changing, lowering her intelligence slowly. "Oh no!" she screamed as she was begin to think like a bimbo. Her mind was forgetting about ever being male or even human and become memories of being a girl and growing up as a vixen. Her mind was forgetting basic problem solving skills and becoming needs to look sexy. She was thinking like a bimbo.

Question 11: If you were a girl... would you wear jewelry?

"Sometimes, I wear heart necklaces, they bring attention to my cleavage, tehe." she wrote down, as a necklace formed around her, falling between her breasts.

Question 12: If you were a girl... would you wear high heels?

"When they go with my outfit! Got to look pretty!" she put down, with high heels appearing in her closet.

Question 13: If you were a girl... would you be into guys?

"Duh!" she wrote, with her mindset officially being attracted to guys.

Question 14: If you were a girl... would you wear a skirt?

"Yeah, skirts are always fun to wear!" she wrote down. Her rather messed up male pants began to morph into a skirt. The legs fused together as they rode up her legs. They stopped when they reached above her knees. It turned from blue to grew as a hole appeared on the bag to allow her tail to freely move.

Question 15: If you were a girl... what type of shirt would you be wearing right now?

"A nice low cut purple shirt. All of my shirts show a good amount of cleavage!" she put down. Her old black t shirt began to change into a purple into a low cut V-neck, becoming feminine looking and showing a lot of her breasts.

Question 16: If you were a girl... would you be wearing briefs, bikini, thong or boxers?

"I'd wear really anything, but right now I'm wearing briefs." Steph wrote as her boxers became tighter, become female panties.

Question 17: If you would were a girl... what type of bra would you be wearing?

"A nice lacy silk bra, and easy to take off." she wrote, as a bra began to form on her, only being held be one strap on her back.  

Question 18: If you were a girl... how old would you be, how tall would you be without shoes and what would you weigh without clothes?(Don't lie)

"I'm 23, 5 feet, four inches, and weigh 130 pounds." she wrote, as she shrank and lost weight, becoming what she had described.

Question 19: If you were a girl... what is your name?

"My name is Stephanie! But everyone calls me Steph." she wrote. The note vanished into mid-air, leaving Stew as a female bimbo vixen named Steph.

Stew's room twisted, as his world changed to match his new form. All male products and clothing changed for his new form. The walls became pink instead of white, along with his furniture turning purple. Her boxers were now panties, and bras were now in her drawers. Her closet now had dresses instead of suits, tank tops instead of muscle shirts, low-cut V-necks instead of his male clothes, and pants were now skirts and tight jeans. Her shoes became high heels, tennis shoes were now female ones, and new girly slippers formed. Eyeshadows and perfumes appeared in her bathroom. Her old pictures were now in her new form.

Steph walked over her closet to grab some shoes. She decided on a pair of high heels would help show off her figure. She walked out with a natural sway out the door, to go to the store to buy some products. She walked out, ready to take on the world with her new beauty. She was out looking for a nice, rich man to take care of her.
