An idea. It's easily molded and contorted until it becomes the exact thing you want. Sometimes it takes mere minutes to develop, other times it takes months or even years. Everyone has their own motivations and drive to see their idea to completion, and for Jack, this was especially true. In his humble down of Planeth, animals and humans lived with tensions between the two. It was unhealthy for about everyone involved. Stores would only allow for business with anthros while some places such as pools only allowed for humans. There were movements to stop the craziness, as deep down they were all just people, but no matter how hard they tried it would never seem to work.

Jack grew up in the toxic environment of Planeth and it seemed the only way to fix things was to found a new town entirely. A town free from hatred and this racism between species. Jack, along with his childhood friend and assistant to the project Jasmine, a donkey woman. Despite their towns constant bickering between each other, Jack and Jasmine found a friendship through the flames in high school and remained friends long into their adulthood. The relationship stayed exclusively platonic.

While Jack had the ideas, it was Jasmine who was able to put them into fruition. She was far smarter than Jack, which had often annoyed her about considering how much he talked about his "grand plan." Jasmine knew fully well that "Great Plains" was her idea with a different name. It was Jack who was getting all the media attention, and the cheers from the people. Regardless, she kept working under him.

After almost three years of hard work, the town of Great Plains was finally able to become a reality! It was too be advertised as a utopia mixed with a zootopia, anthros and humans living together in perfect harmony. Everyone would be seen as equals, and there wouldn't be bad blood between the two people because of the way they looked. It was truly an exciting day for all.

Jack went to speak to the future inhabitants of Great Plains as well as the media in a press conference held at the town hall. Jasmine hoped that this would finally be the time she would get the recognition she so rightfully deserved. Jack dressed in a nice suit while Jasmine sat in the back with a more casual blouse and skirt combo.

"Hello everyone, today is a big day! For all of us! Anthros with fur, scales, feathers, and us humans, who have none of those. Many towns look down on animals, while many others look down at humans. At Great Plains, we plan on changing that! The hatred, everyone will be free to go where they wish, and  won't have to fear being abused, verbally or physically. Tomorrow brings a new dawn! And there someone who deserves to be regonized for making all of this possible." Jack paused for a moment, turning to face Jasmine and back to everyone in the crowd.

"And that's each and everyone one of you. Without you people, there wouldn't be a Great Plains!" Jack finished happily, leaving Jasmine distraught as she left and went into her office inside of townhall. "We have the finished part of Great plains ready for people to starting moving into already! In a few months time, the "grotto" as we like to call will be just as good looking as the rest of the town! Thank you for all the support, and I hope that Great Plains continues to be great! I will now open up to questions."

While Jack was dealing with the media blitz outside while Jasmine buried her face into her hands. After all of the work she had done, all they talked about finally finishing the city, meant nothing. Sure, Jasmine was more than annoyed at Jack's quite a bit during it's construction, especially since it was her idea in the first place but deep down she expected to at the very least be thanked during Jack's speech. Her emotions ran high, and they built into something, something she never thought she'd feel. Hatred.

She opened up her desk, pulling out a a small pouch and putting it onto the desk. She held her breath as she opened it up and looked at the contents with eyes knowing exactly what she intended to do with it. The Banishing Dust. Unlike what most people had become accustomed to, namely the anthros, Banishing Dust wouldn't over-write the former person, it would "load" in another while the original would be helpless to watch. It was intended as use for criminals, becoming the complete opposite of the person they were, and in Jack's case, someone who despised humans.

Jack had taken the spotlight all for himself, and in turn left Jasmine, the girl who was able to make Jack's little "dream" come true merely someone in the background, unheard of in the history of Great Plains, past or present. Jack needed to pay for what he did to her, Jasmine believed, and that night at lunch, Jack was going to be locked into the mental prison.

The two's dinner went according to plan, Jasmine had even set up the table for them. It was all going exactly how she wanted it to.

"Jack, could you get the cups? I forgot to set those." Jasmine asked in a kind voice over to him.

"Yeah, no problem." he said turning to get them.

"Jack...did you...forget to mention something...or maybe someone in your speech today?" Jasmine clearly hinted at her intent, giving Jack one more chance.

"Of course not! The people all got the recognition they deserved!" Jack answered happily.

"I thought so." she sighed, and threw the dust from the pouch onto Jack, who started coughing quite a bit.

"H-hey! What was that for!?" Jack shouted back angrily.

"It's time for you to become someone you hate, and see this town, that was clearly your idea be converted into a town that is full of hatred towards your very own original species. Don't worry, you'll still be inside that mind, just not in control of what the new personality is gonna do!"

"B-but...why...GAH!" Jack was cut off by his transformation starting.

Jack's body was soon covered in a light brown fur, tan growing on his fton and in spots on his hips and arms. The tips of his fingers turned black and hard while his toes merged into simply two hooved digits. His legs became much more shapely, Jack's hips pushing out greatly, causing much strain to his pants, especially with his rear end growing outward. Just above his butt, there was a pulling sensation at his backbone a sa small brown tail with tan underside formed out. Jack's arms hand become much thinner and more slender, Jack's shoulders lost their broadness, making them much less noticeable and dainty.

"P-please stop this!" Jack cried out desperately, which was met with a mere scoff from Jasmine as she continued watching.

Jack's hair turned a dark brown as it became tied up in a bun, and would reach down to his shoulders if not. His ears became much longer, all while his face did the same, elongating out into a decently sized muzzle. At the tip of this, Jack's nose and become a solid black color, all while his eyelashes elongated and eyebrows thinned out. He could feel the lump in his throat shrink smaller and smaller, making him cough and each time he did it was higher and higher until it was undeniably female.

"Please, I beg you! Stop this!" Jack pleaded, blushing a bit hearing the feminine voice coming from himself.

"It's too late for that even if I wanted to." Jasmine said back coldly.

Jack's blushing would only get redder, as his chest began to glow. Each second it pushed outward until two soft and sensitive C cup breasts had found their way onto Jack's chest. It didn't stop there by any means! Jack felt a sharp pain in his lower region, forcing Jack to his knees in pain. His precious manhood sucking into him, leaving only flatness with an opening behind. Jack's insides were being painfully re-arranged to that of a doe woman's.

The changes hit their last point, and this was made it appear like Jack had calmed down, however this was simply because the new mind was starting to take control. While this was happening, Jack's clothing began to alter to a simple extent. One of his undershirts had pushed up his breasts a bit as it had formed into a bra. Jack's boxers had ridden up his legs, becoming smaller as they turned into a pair of panties. Her suit had simply turned into a lavender pantsuit as the transformation came to an official close.

The new doe woman blinked a few times, before going back onto her feet and dusting herself off. She looked over to Jasmine with a smile.

"Ah, there you are my sweet little assistant!" she said warmly. "I must admit, you did quite a number on making the people believe this would actually be some kind of utopia! Like humans deserve to live like us!" she giggled a little bit.

"Isn't that the truth!" Jasmine said back, starting to partially regret what she had done.

"And it's all thanks to you! So many humans will live like the ferals! Like the filthy, disgusting creatures they are!"

"Well...humans aren't that bad. I mean, what makes them so bad?"

The woman fell silent. "I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that." she said coldly, and was very clear it was a threat. 'Now then, in a few months time Great Plains will be the greatest town this world as seen! No one will have to see those humans around! And I, Mayor Julia, will make sure of that!"
