Chris had been wandering around a small shopping center, he had some time to kill. There were various stores, from clothing to electronic stores. There was one place that was different then the rest, called "Patricia's Potions." He raised an eyebrow as he saw the store. Potions? Like, actual alchemy potions? Or is that just a fancy name for sports drinks or vitamin supplements? In either case, Chris was intrigued enough to go inside and check the place out.

Inside, he found various beakers and bottles, all unlabeled with various colored liquids inside of them, no sign of an employee or anything. Chris was intrigued by the beakers and bottles. Perhaps they actually were real potions, or at least drinks made to look like them. Not wanting to be rude or a thief, he went to the front counter to see if he could call someone, or at least wait.

Eventually, a woman called out "I'll be right with you!" Followed by something dropping and a few pieces of glass breaking behind the curtain. Chris almost jumped when he heard something dropping. He didn't think that was a good sign. "I'm okay!" The woman called out. "In case you're wondering." She added. Eventually she walks out, and the sight is an odd one. A pink, anthropomorphic weasel woman, with what looked like sugar on a rather good chunk of her body.

Chris was quite startled when he saw her. Anthropomorphic animals were real? That wasn't possible, and yet here was one right in front of him. "Uh-um..." he stammered, trying to think of something to say.

"What? Oh, right. I tripped and my sugar jar fell and shattered. That's why I have on this on me." She said, shaking her body as the white flakes flew off her body, as much that could anyways.

"N-no, it's not that," Chris responded. "It's just... w-well... I've never seen an anthro before!"

"I don't follow." She said with a confused look on her face.

Chris blinked a few times, unsure of how to respond to that. "Um... I mean... you're not human, are you?" he eventually managed to ask.

"And you're not an animal." She simply replied.

"Exactly," he answered, "and I haven't seen an animal like you - one that can talk and stand upright."

"You talk and stand upright." She retorted

hris sighed and shook his head, pinching the bridge of his nose. He couldn't figure out how else to put it. "I just haven't seen someone like you before, okay?" he tried to say. "Plus, the pink fur is unusual."

"So is someone who questions the way someone looks." She replied. "That stopped being okay a while ago."

Chris was taken aback by the statement. "S-sorry," he responded. "I didn't mean anything by that at all."

"You're the one you said it." She shrugged. "Not my fault you got called out on it!" She giggled a bit

Chris shook his head once more, trying to clear his head. "So... what is this shop?" he asked, taking another look around.

"It's a Potion Shop! I sell potions of the transformative nature!"

"Transformative?" Chris asked. "Wait, you mean... they're REAL potions? And they can transform people?"

"That's what transformative potions mean!" She giggled.

Chris shook his head in amazement. He couldn't believe what he was hearing - transformation was supposed to be impossible. And yet, a weasel woman was in front of him, trying to sell him that. Perhaps it really was real... "So, um... in what ways can they transform someone?" he questioned her.

"It can change people's ages, genders, and species. Not into like actual animals, just humanoid ones. Actual animals would lead to too much liability issues."

Chris gulped. Something he had only told a few people before was how much he liked the idea of being transformed, gaining a new shape and abilities. But at the same time, he worried about what something like that might do in the long term. "Um... sorry, ma'am, I'm still a little overwhelmed," he commented. "So... do you know how the transformations... feel? Like, do they hurt or anything?"

"No, they don't hurt at all." She replied. "It can actually be quite pleasant."

"W-wow!" was all Chris could say at the moment. "I mean, I think... I think I'm interested, I'm just not sure what to take. Do you have any suggestions, miss... um... sorry, I don't think I got your name."

"Patricia." She replied smiling. "And you are...?"

"Chris," he responded with a little bit of a smile. "Anyways, do you have any suggestions or recommendations?"

"Well, potions come in times. Theres a trial which lasts an hour, and there's a day, week, month, and finally permanent." She explained.

"Oh, that actually makes things a little easier," Chris said as he listened to Patricia's explanation. "I'll probably do a trial one at first... how much are they, and do you have any suggestions as to what to become?"

"They cost $10 for a trial. With $50 being forever. If you want to get a grasp on price ranges." She said. "As per what to become, not really. I usually panic and say weasel because it's the first thing that comes to mind."

"Hmm..." Chris thought. "Well, I do at least want to try out how it'll feel... could I get a trial potion?"

"Trial potions it is!" Patricia said happily. "Ant the species?"

Chris thought for a while. What did he actually want to become? Well, it would only be for an hour anyways, so why not try something more exotic? "I'd like to become a lizard woman," he finally decided.

"Lizard woman, you got it!" Patricia said with a smile. "I'll be back in just a moment!" she added going behind the curtain labeled "employees only."

As Chris waited for Patricia to get back, he couldn't help but think about what sort of mess he was getting himself into. After a little while, the weasel came back with a simple plastic cup with the potion inside. "There ya are." she said handing it to Chris. "The fast you drink it the faster the transformation is. The slower the slower, and the whatever speed the whatever speed."

"Thanks," Chris said. He started off by just taking a little sip. As he did so, Chris' skin began to get just a bit rougher, and just a bit greener. He gasped as he realized what was starting to happen. "Wow, it's actually real!" he exclaimed, and he took another sip. The taste was non-descript, but that was nothing compared to what was going to happen. More of his body altered, his skin now becoming undeniably green scales all over, his body feeling a bit drier.

"Heh, um, Patricia," he asked as he transformed, "I just realized my body's gonna be quite different after this. Is anything gonna happen to my clothes?"

"I dunno." she shrugged. "Get ripped probably. They don't alter or anything. That's just absurd."

"Uh-oh," Chris said as he heard that. "Um, Patricia, do you have a private room or somewhere I could take my clothes off in? I don't want to ruin what I'm wearing."

"There's a backroom behind the curtains here." she said pointing to the doorway behind the counter labeled "Employees Only."

"Thanks," Chris responded, and he went into the backroom Patricia had pointed to, When he was sure that he was private, he nervously took off his clothes as he took another drink - he drunk about half of what was left. Chris' face pushed outward into a snout while his eyelashes elongated. His shoulders caved in as they became narrow and feminine. His arms became slender while Chris' nails became a bit sharper and turned to claws, his hands become smaller and dainty. He let out a slight moan as these changes happened. There were still a number of things left to do, though, so Chris took another big swig, leaving just a little bit left in the cup. Chris' legs became more shapely as his feet went through similar changes to his hands, only bigger. A long tail eongated from behind him while his hips pushed outward. On top of that his rear became much more pronounced than before.

"Ahhh..." he moans happily as he felt these changes. The tail in particular was quite stimulating. Knowing what was left to do, he drank what was left of the cup. The last changes would cause his chest to build up, becoming a decently sized bust. Chris' manhood retreated back into him, leaving only a flat surface and slit behind. The insides of Chris altered vastly, officially making him a lizard woman, for the hour anyways.

"Ohhh... it actually worked!" Chris said as she looked over her new reptilian, feminine body. "For an hour, I'm this lizard woman? Amazing!" With a chuckle, she picked up her old clothes and tried to fit herself into them. While it was possible, the tail and newly pronounced areas, most notably the chest caused a lot of issues and discomfort.

Patricia had also walked in. "I see that you're done." she commented leaning on the doorway of the room.

Chris smiled, even though the tail was definitely a problem. For now, she let it hang out of the top of her pants. "That I am," she told the shop owner. "It feels quite amazing, actually!"

"Glad to be of service. That doesn't look very comfortable though." she said pointing to the new woman.

"It really isn't," Chris responded. "I'd ask for help in the wardrobe department, but I don't want to impose on you."

"I have clothes in the rooms upstairs." she replied. "I have a wardrobe for like 4 people. In case anyone ever starts working here besides me."

"Oh, really? We-well... thank you!" Chris responded as she went upstairs to find some new clothes. Patricia followed in suite, and helped Chris find the wardrobe closet.

"Help yourself, if you decide to keep that body longer, feel free to keep it. Bras are expensive you know."

"T-thank you!" Chris responded, and for a while she started searching through all of the clothes for outfits that fit her. It took quite a while, but she eventually managed to get several bras that fit her, several sets of panties, a few blouses, a pair of jeans, two short skirts and a lovely green dress. She started to wonder if that was too much, but she couldn't help but love all of the outfits. The fact that they all had room for her tail was quite a plus.

"Didn't hold back did you." she giggled a bit. "That's a lot of clothes for one hour."

"Oh crud, you're right," Chris replied when she realized that. "I just got so excited... about how much longer do I have left?"

"Maybe...20 mimutes?" She said. "You were really getting into it. You had to of tried at least 15 different ones."

"Wow, I really lost track of time," Chris commented. "Listen, Patricia, because I don't think this was nearly enough time... Do you think I could maybe buy two more day-long versions of this potion?"

"Eh, you're having fun. I can whip up a couple more. Their easy to make." she replied. "But don't eat green apples. Flavor is fine but the actual apple isn't. That's the ingredient that makes it permanent."

"Green apples make it permanent? That's a weird side-effect," Chris commented. "I don't have any at home, anyways, and I don't often eat them. That'll be fine."

"All the ingredients are just common items, just all blended together." she says. "It's amazing what food can do!"

"Wow, that's even more amazing!" Chris responded. "Are there any that, um, increase the length without making it permanent?"

Garlic spice will make it last a day. Cinnamon will make it a week." she replied.

Chris thought for a while - she had quite a bit of cinnamon back at home. Perhaps, if she liked this body, she might have a little bit later. "Well, thanks for that info," she told Patricia. "But I'd like to get those day-long potions for now, if you please."

"You probably don't want to eat just garlic spice, that probably tastes gross." she giggled a bit. "Want anything with it?"

"Heh... if you've got any sausage or something like that, I'd love some," Chris responded.

I have some I could microwave." Patricia replied. "I'll come back with some and add some garlic to it.'

"Oh, but Patricia, wait!" Chris suddenly called out. "I did want one of those potions for later, if that's possible."

"Well, then I would need to ask you to stay here, just until the one wears off." she said. "I might be giving but I don't want you to give a free product to someone else. It's just a business thing I read from a book by a guy with a mustache.."

"I completely understand," Chris replied. "Although I wonder what I'll do here until then..."

"If you want, I could show you how some of this stuff works." she replied. "If you know, you're interested in a future job here."

"A job?" Chris inquired, considering it. "Well, I always could use another source of income, but I'm not totally sure yet... but if it'd be helping you out at least, I'd love to." She gave Patricia a warm smile.

"Lovely. And that offer still stands if you end up liking it." Patricia smiled. "Now then why don't we learn how to do a 1 day potions then?"

With a big smile, Chris said, "Sure!" Making sure her new outfit looked alright, she followed Patricia downstairs.
Guest Writer :icontalkingstick: as Chris.

And that's a wrap on TF Month! Figured what better way to end it then to re-visit the story that kicked it off? Patricia's back at them and making more potions!

(Man I love working with this character.)

Awesome story. I think Chris will probably be hooked once he gets into it. Cx
